Not really either one, but it's big enough it could perform medevac duties as needed. It's a liaison ship, which is to say it's used to ferry officers and other personnel around for this and that.

The skids are designed for low ground pressure so the ship can land on sand and boggy ground in addition to snow and such. I was thinking of German and Italian tropical camouflage, like you'd see in the North African campaigns of WWII.
